health app on iphone 7 disappeared

The Health App is one of the apps that cannot be deleted, so you should check each Home Page to make sure it didn't get moved.

If you don't find it that way, then from any Home screen swipe down with two fingers from the middle of the screen to bring up the Search bar and type in Health to see if it accidentally got moved into a folder. If it did, the folder name will display next to the app name. If it did get into a folder accidentally, then once you get the folder name, look for it on the Home screen. You can move the app out of the folder by lightly touching the icon (no pressure - just leave your finger there until they start to wiggle), then slide it out of the folder.

You can also reset your Home Screen layout. This will restore the original layout to your device, so anything you've moved around will have to be moved around again, but it will put the Health App back where it was to start with: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout.
