iphone camera error (iOS 10.3.1)

After updating my iPhone 6 (64gb, white color) to iOS 10.3.1 I get an error message "The operation could not be completed an unknown error occurred (-16811)" when trying to activate the selfie camera in the iOS camera app. The camera on the back side of the phone still works perfectly. Is there a fix for this issue?
