First aid found corruption that needs to be repaired"

This morning when I powered on my Mac the loading bar went all the way until it was completely full then froze for sometime. I tried using OS X Recovery to run First Aid on my drive and I got "First aid found corruption that needs to be repaired. To repair the startup volume, run First Aid from Recovery". Since that didn't work I tried to use OS X Recovery over the internet ,I formatted the hard drive, reinstalled Sierra and used my time User uploaded filemachine to restore my file but my Mac is still taking long to load and i get the same error when i did the First Aid.

How can I fix this ? Am i missing something ?
