First aid found corruption that needs to be repaired"

This morning when I powered on my Mac the loading bar went all the way until it was completely full then froze for sometime. I tried using OS X Recovery to run First Aid on my drive and I got "First aid found corruption that needs to be repaired. To repair the startup volume, run First Aid from Recovery". Since that didn't work I tried to use OS X Recovery over the internet ,I formatted the hard drive, reinstalled Sierra and used my time machine to restore my file but my Mac is still taking long to load and i get the same error when i did the First Aid.

How can I fix this ? Am i missing something ?
