Can you solve my icloud lock problem?

Hi im aliff from malaysia. I got a problem. I just bought my iphone from ebayy. When i turned on my iphone it has activation lock. So can you helped me? I dont know what to do now. Im just wasting my money know buying icloud remove from third party company. It doesnt work. Please help me. :'(

It seems your iPhone is still logged in an user account probably the person you bought it from. you may have to restore the iPhone and log in with your apple id or create one if you dont have one yet.

Nobody here can help you, and Apple will not help you (they won't get involved with a used device sale or exchange at all). Contact eBay and request a refund. That device will be forever useless to you and anyone else.

There is no way to bypass activation lock. If the previous owner can't or won't remove the lock, the phine is useless to you. Contact eBay to determine their return/refund policy.
