Can't cancel Apple Music Membership after Student 1-month free trial expired

I tried to cancel the only one subscription as shown above via iTunes.

After I clicked "Manage", here is what the screen looks like.

It simply doesn't offer any option to cancel the membership.

I'm going to Apple store to find out why. In the mean time, if anyone had the same problem or knows the cause for this, that would be great!

Also tried on iPhone, not offering the option either.
