download new version of itunes now device wont show up

Purchased new ipad pro. Plugged into iTunes and it needed new version for ipad to be recognized. Now that it downloaded new version none of my devices will show up in iTunes, iphones, ipad air. What do I need to do to get devices to show up in iTunes? I manage and back them up in iTunes. I have window 10 version on laptop. Thanks
