Minimizing a window in full screen

So i dont know how I minimize my window when its full screen (maximized) http://prntscr.com/f5kpkm As you can see there is no yellow button when im using google chrome on full screen. now when i have it like this, http://prntscr.com/f5kqg4 you can see the yellow button. plz tell me if there is a way to solve this....

First press esc button to bring the full screen mode into normal screen , then press command + M to minimize the window in the dock .

I noticed the minimize button is disabled in full screen... such a non-apple thing. Had to click on the green button to get the windowed screen back. Don't know what that is called. I guess this isn't a window. You could use Keyboard Maestro to move the mouse around and click on the right place. Save and restore mouse location. I recall that there is a free one month trail.
