Bloated Itunes Folder

System Info:

Sony Vaio
2 x 120 Gigabytes Hard Drive
Windows XP Media Center
Itunes 7.02
IPOD Video - 60 Gigabyte

Problem:

I just completed SYNCing my IPOD and noticed that I have aprox 38 gigabytes of material on it. However, my ITUNES Folder on my Sony is topping out at 81 Gigabytes..

Is this normal? Is there anything that can be done to condense this folder other than moving the material off to an external Hard Drive??

For the record, Album Artwork is only taking up 18 megabytes

According to the IPOD, I have 35 Gigabytes of Video Content and 2.5 Gigabytes of Music. The Movies and TV Show sub-folders under ITUNES on the Vaio appear to equal the amount of space as stated by the IPOD.

I can not find any hidden folders or files out there which would explain this bloated folder. There has to be something that I am missing

My concern is the ITUNE directory in a whole. It registers in at 81 Gigabytes. The IPOD states roughly 40 has been used so somewhere (may have nothing to do with videos) there is 40 Gigabytes of what I consider to be Bloat.

Let me ask this, Compare the ITUNES folder on your local PC and tell me how much space ot is using? Than go to your IPOD and tell me what number is there is a difference.
If you see a dramatic difference like I am (nearly double) than my question is answered. If not than I still have a question, what is wrong with that ITunes Folder.
