Purchases are considered final but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support (we are fellow users on here, not iTunes Support) and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : https://support.apple.com/contact or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

Don't post your email address (unless you like spam emails), these are user public forums, you are not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple on here - I've asked the hosts to remove it.

Purchases are considered final, but you can try contacting iTunes Support as posted a number of times previously on this thread.

If you've subscribed to something and no longer want it you have to cancel the subscription yourself : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

And if you've moved address (if that's what 'Leslie my apartment unit number has changed to 206. Please change accordingly.' is supposed to mean) you have to update your address yourself e.g. Account > Purchased menu option on a computer's iTunes

I have to refund requests.

I upgraded my tinder subscription from 1999 to 2999. I did not know it was going to be an additional 29.98 and I've been charged $54.

secondly I have not been pleased with the original Tinder subscription I got for 1999. It's very limiting and there's not a lot of activity on it so I'm not pleased with the service I'd like to refund for that too as well for 19.99

And it goes without saying I don't want these two auto renewal in October.

Leslie my apartment unit number has changed to 206. Please change accordingly.

Please get back with me on this.
