Siri Take me home

When I used to say "take me home" to Siri using my steering wheel command she would do so but now she says she can't while I'm driving. This would be understandable I suppose if I couldn't navigate anywhere, HOWEVER, when I say "Direct me to (Specific home address)" she does it instantly with no hesitation. Why is that?

Hi Tony, Check in your Contacts "Me" card to be sure the address is there in the proper field.

That said I've seen Siri have lapses now and then.

"Where is Home?"

"Oh c'mon Siri! Home...HOME!"

Sometimes I need to say "Drive to home", or "navigate home".

Sometimes, she doesn't come up with it until the second or third try. On one occasion I found myself directed to a nearby Home Depot.

But I never heard her say she can't while I'm driving. That's a new one!

The specific address always seems to work.

Yes, life with Siri can be trying but do not curse her out because she will get offended and take an attitude. 😝
