WDT Timeout panics in 10.3.1?

Anyone else getting WDT Timeout panics in 10.3.1? My iPhone SE is getting about 4/week of these bad boys. Reported to Apple as bug 32063599. Seem to happen when running Google Maps and driving, or else while in a browser and scrolling down. iOS just freezes, then after 6 minutes or so, crashes and reboots.

Sometimes the OS recovers, after about a 5 minute freeze, without the panic.

First few lines of a typical WDT Timeout panic log follow, in case this might ring a bell with anyone.

Cheers,

Aaron

In case anyone's wondering - how do I access the panic info on my iPhone, after it crashes and reboots:

Settings > Privacy > Analytics > Analytics Data

Look for files starting with "panic-2017-".

In order to grab these files - maybe easiest to get them from a SysDiagnose. I.e. hold down your power, volume up, and volume down buttons all at the same time. You should feel a little vibration. Wait 10 minutes, hook up to iTunes. https://developer.apple.com/services-account/download?path=/iOS/iOS_Logs/sysdiag nose_Logging_Instructions.pdf

Updated to 10.3.2 - didn't help

Did factory reset without restore - didn't help.

But what I figured out is the battery was replaced. I got this phone from ebay and didn't know its history. So I opened the phone and found that the battery is not original, without apple logo, holding with a tape and stuff.
So I ordered the new one, probably for me it's going to be the solution. Will see next week.
