Hi I'm unable to move a couple of files to trash. I have an Indesign file and a .idlk file which won't move to trash. I was halfway through amending a file then the server crashed.
I keep getting "operation can't be completed because "file name" is in use!
Can anyone help please?

If you have not restarted or shut down & power up in a while - an orphan process may have the files locked. After restarting/power-up relaunch the application and you should be able to delete the files.
Had the same issue with adobe bridge - crashed while in use - and thats what I did to release the lock and delete the file.
On what Mac with what operating system?
What version of Indesign?
