Reinstalling Logic Pro X

Does anyone know if deleting and reinstalling Logic Pro X has any cons? I am currently suffering from a minor issue within the program which makes me want to reinstall. Will this erase my audio plugins folder or delete past projects?

I am currently running version 1.3.0

Do you mean 10.3? 10.3.1 is the latest. Many bugs were fixed in 10.3.1. Reinstalling logic should be no problem, but it might be worth posting the actual issues you're having in case there are solutions other than reinstalling.
