how to unlock apple id if i forgot the phone number linked to the account

A few weeks ago i got a message from apple saying that for security reasons my apple id has been locked, it was pretty weird but i was like fine ill just answer the security questions and its gonna be fine, I put in my apple id password and its asks me for a phone number which i didnt know, after I tried so many numbers it still tells me that its incorrect. I had no phone numbers that ended like that so i started wondering if i wrote any phone number wrong. Im getting so frustrated since i think it'll delete my pictures and my contacts.

I thought that i could create a new apple id on my phone and pass everything on my computer to my phone, i tried and it doesnt let me sign out of my apple id since its locked. I would really apreciate your help if you know how to unlock an apple id with a forgotten security number or how to log out of a locked apple id.
