Wallpaper & icon badges jiggle when phone is moved.

I suddenly have this problem with my iPhone 6: the Home screen wallpaper jiggles when I move the phone. The background jiggles, not the icons. Also affected are the icon Badges. I reset the wallpaper to "still" rather than "perspective" (?), but it still jiggles.Waiting for phone to come up again after I shut it off. Ok, that seems to have fixed it, but I noticed the home screen was a bit shuddery when it came up. Anyone else have this problem?
