How do you add another card to family sharing
The card on the organiser's account can be replaced : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support
You can't have more than one card on an account, and cards on members accounts won't be used - in family sharing members purchases will use their own account's balance (if they have one), otherwise the organiser's card will be charged.
