Since my ip is still broken and i don't remember the exactly date that i back up my ip, so i wonder how i going to check what date i have back up my iPhone on iTunes ? without connect ip to itunes store

If you are using iTunes for Windows, go to Edit>Preferences>Devices, then you can hover the mouse pointer over the list of backups for that information. From what I understand, it is somewhat similar on the Mac.

On a Mac, launch iTunes and go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and a window pops up with all of your iOS device backups listed in it.
Hover the mouse over like Chris said to see the date. If the backups are archived, the date will already be showing.
