How to change language of an Individual app like McDonald's

Because I bought my I phone in France and I am here for another 6 months, whenever I download an app, all of the content is in French, although at the App Store, the application supports different languages. How can I change that?

Is your iphone itself running in English? Normally apps automatically take on the language of the iphone interface, unless they have a separate language setting in the Settings.
