been looking at both the subject models and actually i'm a bit confused of which to put my hands on ...? what are the differences between both editions ? and why should i go for 1 and not the other ? ... a bit of help here so i can decide which one should i get .... Thanks

There are no functional differences between the two models (except for the exclusive Hermès-branded watch faces that are included with Apple Watch Hermès, along with all of the standard watch faces):

Thanks a lot Jonathan .... Actually i was looking at the functionality differences - which seems to be the same functions for both, it's only the looks - rather than how each looks or what both are made of ... but actually i looked at all these links even before posting this ... and i kinda know how the Hermes model will look like - shiny body - vs the ceramic body of the edition one that i haven't experienced before. and to be honest i'm in a favor of the ceramic edition hence its easier to clean and the body is non-scratchable/ scratch resistant sort of ... vs the shiny body of the Hermes which will show all kind of smudges and scratches over time.
