21:9 Aspect Ratio for Apple TV?

I recently bought Apple TV to use it with my LG UltraWide monitor, which has an aspect ratio of 21:9 and a resolution of 3440x1440.

But since Apple TV is 16:9, everything is fully stretched on the display. Is there a way I can enable a 3440x1440 resolution on Apple TV?

I can imagine it is.

It's kind of like when wide screen TV was introduced and most stuff was still in 4:3, there was a setting on the TV to watch it pillarboxed but many people had it stretched across the screen which used to annoy me. It also used to niggle me that some people couldn't see what was wrong with it and you had to try to show them that things like balls weren't round. 😮
