As stated, there is no requirement to charge at any specified time.

• You can chrge at any time for any amount of time.
• You can use it while charging.
• You can leave it attached to the charger after the battery reaches 100%.
• Do not deplete the battery to low levels.

You don't have to charge it before you use, it should already have some battery power in it. When you first charge it charge it up to 100% - how long that will take will depend upon what battery level it's at.

You can charge it when it's at that level, or you can charge it at 50, 60 etc.

Dont overthink this, charge it when you want, it's not important,
