How do i change my child's birthday?

I accidentally put the wrong birth year for my child while setting up her icloud. How do i change it to the right birth year?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10.3.1

You can't if they are under-13 : Update the birth date associated with your Apple ID - Apple Support

Be sure to enter your correct birthdate. After you change it to any age below 13, you can't edit it.
