McAfee Security (Virex 7.2)

I tried to update my security and I keep getting this message. (Your virus definitions (DAT files) were last updated June 14, 2006, and may be out of date. Please download and install new ones as soon as possible.) What do I do? There telling me upgrade not sure what to do, can someone help?
