Activation unlock??

You cannot bypass the Activation Lock. If you don't know the previous owner's Apple ID and passcode, and if you cannot get in contact with them to ask them to remove it, then you should return it for a refund. You will never be able to use the device.

No. There is NO WAY to bypass the activation lock. Only the owner of the account used to lock it can remove the lock. Return it and get your money back. If you can't return it, turn it over to the police. Odds are it is stolen. There is no universal database you can check to make sure it is not stolen.
