Legitimate email from Apple will address you by name. Any oher salutation, such as "Dear customer", is a scam.
Just this week I got a bogus virus warning from one site, using Safari on my iPhone. If you get a warning in any iOS browser that your phone is infected wih a virus, and that you must not close the warning window, or else your phone will die a horrible death, send that window straight to the cornfield.
The message is a scam. Ignore it.
No it isn't, someone is trying to cheat you into giving up your Apple ID and password.
Virus is attacking my iPhone
