What do I do if I can't find my back-up from my old IPod touch on my new IPod touch when setting it up.

I am having trouble finding my latest back-up from my old device. I recently replaced my old IPod (5th Generation) with a new IPod (5th generation), and as I am setting it up from a back-up, My new IPod keeps saying "No back-ups available".

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 9.3.5, null
