Mirroring without wifi
Is it possible to mirror macbook pro(late 2016,) or iPhone SE to apple tv without a wifi connection?

Hi. Yes, if they support peer-to-peer AirPlay. You need to turn on Bluetooth and WiFi, but you don't need to connect to a network. Your phone or computer will find the Apple TV using Bluetooth, and transmit data over a point-to-point WiFi link. This requires Apple TV 4 (small black remote) or the updated Apple TV 3, A1469.
