I can`t reset my password

My EE signal has constantly been searching for over a week.

I bought a new sim tray..(did not work bought 2 new sim cards did not work etc).

So done some re setting on my iphone 5c now for the life of me my password did not match so it blocked for updates & options.

So as you can tell if I cant get a signal i can`t get the message they send too reset it .

So obviously I had too make a new apple account on my pc which is not linked too my iphone cos i can`t log in.

Can someone please help me.

I just want too reset it incase the ios 10 messed my phone up.

Sorry, but not understanding what your issue is? If you use the Apple Support link, and click on the prompts, you will get to a page where you can click on various options, including having Apple call you now or later:

If you select either one of those options, you can put in the phone number of your Galaxy phone for them to call you.

If you have followed the instructions in this support article, and still cannot get your password reset, then you can click on the last link in the article to contact Apple Support:

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

That is not the page you would get if you clicked on the Apple Support link: Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support

Using that link, your Apple ID does not come into play at all.

Sorry, but this is a user to user technical support forum, and beyond the measures that are listed in the article, and Apple Support, there isn't anything we can do.

You are going to have to supply a different phone number than the one on your device if you can't get a signal on it.
