I just got billed 59.99 for no reason and I think I'm being hacked.
I cant access my billing history so I don't even know whats being charged specifically, so I either want a refund or an explanation.

How do you know that you got charged this amount? If you got an email, there's a high likelihood that it's a scam. Do not follow any links in such an email. Check your credit card account.
