Connecting Time Capsule 5th generation to ATT Uverse

I just purchased a time capsule 5th generation and cannot connect it to my ATT Uverse Pace 5268AC FX modem which is connected to a 1gb fiber gateway. Can you help?

The ethernet cord supplied with the Time Capsule is a two wire and the DSL/Broadband slot is a five-wire.

Sorry, not sure what you are trying to say here. An Ethernet cable has 8 copper contacts and an Ethernet port also has 8 copper contacts.

The blue cable in your picture appears to be an Ethernet cable that is plugged into one of the 4 yellow Ethernet ports on the Pace modem/router. Is this the cable that connects to the Time Capsule, or does it connect to another device?

Note......We have asked the forum moderators to remove sensitive information like passwords and serial numbers for the Pace modem/router as a security precaution.

The blue wire goes to my Yamaha Receiver. I have attached a pic of the Apple-supplied two-wire cord.

The ONT Broadband is connected to the ATT Fiber gateway. I assume the Time Capsule connects to the DSL Broadband, but I only have a two-wire cord. Have no idea how to proceed, and I am tech literate. Appreciate any help. Don't get on forums often. Usually solve my own problems. This one has me stumped.

The picture did not come through, but it sounds as if you are describing the AC power cord for the Time Capsule. This is not an Ethernet cable, as you mentioned above. Please confirm on that.

Please spend a few minutes by reading through the Setup Guide that came with the Time Capsule.

In terms of hookup, you will need an additional Ethernet cable that will connect from one of the three yellow Ethernet ports on the ATT router to the WAN "O" port on the Time Capsule.

Then, follow the instructions in the Setup Guide to configure the Time Capsule.
