Cannot pick up call due to unresponsive screen
When my phone rings, the slide bar in which to pick up the call become unresponsive but all other parts of the screen works.
So is your problem solved? If not I would "Reset All Content and Settings" and then set it up as if it was a new phone, that should help. And if it doesn't then you should visit your local Apple Store.
