how do I turn off the LOUD alarm on the SOS feature

I'm a female... in my mind the feature that convinced me to spend $600 on a watch was the SOS button... and then I discover there's a LOUD ... like REALLY LOUD... alarm attached to it... which means I while I THOUGHT I could use the watch to subtly call the cops if I needed to, like in a potential rape situation, or if someone breaks into my house and I'm hiding in a closet... but now find it will only warn my attacker and give him enough time to stop me before the call goes through... HOW do we turn that alarm off, or make it sound like something else...
