First name contains invalid character

Today when I wanted to update my APP, it says "Verification Required". Then it jumped to Account Setting and says "There's a billing problem with a previous purchase. Please update your payment method." After I checked all information and clicked the Done button. It shows that First name contains an invalid character. the First Name part and Last Name part are highlighted in red.

I've been using my account for about two years, and I never had this kind of situation before. I'm sure that all the information that I input is correct and real. I don't know why.

I have the same problem and contact apple support group today. Finally I resolve this problem. This is the way how I resolve it. First I go to my Apple ID account with appleid.apple.com and change my name in English in account section. Then click "done". After that I back to App Store and sigh out from my account then sign in again. Put all the information in English and put address first line with your street and second line with your unit (if your address has two lines). Then it will do not show the error message again. Hope this can help you.
