Send voice message to android

So I'm thinking I'm just really stupid and can't figure it out, but is there really no way for me to send a voice clip from my iPhone to an android phone? Literally cannot find instructions anywhere.

iPhone 7, iOS 10.3.2

Have you tried using the Voice Memo app? You can send those files by SMS, I believe.
