Hello ! My 5S refuses to update from version 10.1.1 somehow. When I try to update, the update is duly downloaded and while installing the same, an error message crops up and the update isn't installed...Can anyone pin point the main issue here? Previously I never had any problem whatsoever in updating my Phone. Will updating through iTunes be of help? Thanks

Hi
Go to iCloud backup now over your wifi
Then go to settings down to reset Restore back to factory settings
Then set back up over your wifi it should download the latest version of ios 10.3
When it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes to get your apps and data back.

Thanks for the answer. My doubts: Will iCloud storage be sufficient (considering its 5GB & I've no add-on storage). Secondly, when I restore factory settings, will I have to re-set every custom setting that's previously done?
