What happened to the Magic wand?

I just noticed that the "Magic Wand" is no longer available on MacOS Sierra 10.12.4 (16E195). Why is it gone or is it hidden in another Mac App?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), macOS Sierra (10.12.4)
