unable to scroll netflix on apple tv 4 generation

I experience the same issue nightly with Netflix. Force quit and it's resolved for that night but back the next day. Noticed the issue about the time TV OS 10.2 was pushed.

Glad to know it's not just me. From my experience, the app will work for about a day after you force quit and reopen it. Then it goes back to not scrolling and you have to force quit again, repeat... shouldn't be this hard....

Hi. Have you tried force quitting the app? Double click on the remote Home button, swipe to select the app, and use the remote touchpad to push it off the top of the screen.

No other reports other than the guy who started this thread and me?

Working fine on my system and haven't really seen other reports. However, any issue would need to be addressed by Netflix as it is their app so if it persists contact them.

Thank you for confirming it's not just me. I doubt Netflix has an easy way to contact them about issues like this, but I guess I'll start looking.

I’m also seeing the scrolling issue at least the last few months.
