Can't connect itunes to ipad after ios 10.3.2 install

I updated my ipad pro to 10.3.2 from 10.1, and it is no longer recognized by itunes.

Everything is the same. All I did was the upgrade. itunes with my ipad was working perfectly with 10.1.

I can no longer access my files and this is urgent.

Other new problems:

1. the Trust this computer dialog comes up every time I plug the ipad in my computer. It didn't do that before.

2. I can no longer browse the ipad with windows explorer! I was able to see the photos directory before, but all I see now is "Internal Storage" which will not open. This must have something to do with the new apple file system. This is shaping up to be a disaster. I would like to go back to ios 10.1.

THat may be our problem.

First the simple. Have you forced your iPad to reboot? Hold down the sleep and home keys for 20 seconds or so. When you see the silver apple, let go, let it reboot and try again

You can also try a different USB port and cable if you have one handy

If that doesn't work:

Go into the control panel, add/remove programs

Uninstall iTunes, Apple Mobile Device Driver, Apple Application support

For good measure, reboot your computer, then go to apple.com, redownload and reinstall iTUnes and try again

Sometimes on Windows computers iTunes only thinks it updates the drivers, Uninstalling and reinstalling forces it to update the drivers.

I've done everything you said. Reinstalled itunes, rebooted the ipad, restarted windows, etc. Still not working.

It might have something to do with the trust functionality. It keeps popping up the trust dialog question each time I plug in, it didn't do this before. It's like the trust feature is not working or being set as before.

Have you actually seen ios 10.3.2 connect to itunes on windows? Or have you been able to browse the DCIM folder from windows explorer? Any info appreciated.
