Activation Code
I have Apple TV. Works great for Netflix. Now I want to watch Showtime, which I have a subscription for through Dish, and it continues to ask me for an activation code for Showtimeanytime.
Where do I get the code??

Did you look to ShowTime page and AppleTV info further down this page:

You may be able to stream or connect to devices, not sure of how Dishnet
could bottleneck the idea. The activation code would likely be ShowTime
or Dish network. I see indications of an App for this, because of second
link goes to https://www.apple.com/apple-tv/ where an App is mentioned:

The reply by ikrupp suggested a path to see if provider complied.

They had trouble back then with Dish and others. IF Dish network
offers you participation in this program, the ShowTime accounts
set up site would have a place to activate it & provide you a code.
Not sure if you will be able use showtime anytime unless Dish
has provided their subscribership with this ability.
