Hi TarekNaser,

I understand that you have found a contact name that you don't recognize, but when you try to delete it, the Contacts app stops responding. I'm happy to provide some help for this issue.

First, I would recommend forcing the app to close and restarting your iPhone:

Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you continue to have this issue and use iCloud to sync your contacts, then you may also try logging into iCloud.com , opening Contacts, and deleting it from there.

Let us know how this works out for you, and thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. Cheers!

Hi there

Thanks for answering me and I hope we can find a way to fix the spam name ...

First I opened my iCloud account iCloud.com as you told me but the contact list there has no spam in it .. which wired I believe ...

After that I erased everything on phone and I started once again like a new phone, then I singed in and waited until the backup is done

But the spam name still there

Only on the phone contacts list ...

And right now I don't know what to do !

TarekNaser ,

Thanks for going through those steps and following up with us. Do you use any other internet accounts on your iPhone such as Outlook, Gmail, or Yahoo? If so, check your contact lists on their respective websites to see if this contact may be synced to one of those accounts instead of your iCloud account.

If you are still unable to find the contact in one of those accounts, then we recommend that you contact Apple Support.

Cheers!
