How to cancel/ stop an authorized monthly subscription from one family member. Subscription to start started with the one month free trial but never cancelled before expiration, how to stop the renewal, the subscription was placed by my daughter using her Apple ID.

I am not aware of a way for you to do it as the family organizer. In looking at the link I provided you, this information is stated.
A Family Sharing organizer can’t manage subscriptions for other family members. Family members' subscriptions can only be managed from their account.
You are going to have to have your daughter cancel the subscription. You can also make sure that you have Ask to Buy turned on to prevent a problem like this again, since all purchases are charged to the family organizer's card.

I have the same problem even with the approval function. I don't know why apple doesn't make the family app accounts you control in family sharing viewable under the main account. It should work like an admin account where you have access to not only approve but also go back in and delete as necessary. It should just be under separate tabs when you log into the account. Unfortunately, it seems like once you approve some crap for the kids, you can't delete it without using their phones. Even then, you never really delete it. I believe they can just download it without a second approval.
The subscription was made from my daughter apple ID which are not visible to my account purchase history or recurring subscriptions, I have tried the above but could not see or access her subscriptions.
