cant charge with otterbox case on

Question

cant charge with otterbox case on

I just bought an otterbox commuter case for my 7 plus. Now, none of my chargers seem to be able to fit in the charging port. I can't seem to find where anyone else is having this problem. Anyone have a suggestion?

I tried a few different cables I had around the house. One was skinny enough to fit into the otterbox opening. What a pain, though.

I use a Defender. I don't have this problem with any charging cables.

Hello,

Double check that the case is for the iPhone 7 Plus.

Otherwise this would be a problem regarding Otterbox. I would suggest contacting them, as you should be able to charge the iPhone with the case on.
