Account Details could not be opened because of an error connecting to iCloud.

Having problems signing into icloud in system preferences on my desktop after system update to 10.12.5. I can sign in on my other devices and signed in on my apple account online. Could this be caused by a keychain problem?

macOS Sierra (10.12.5)
