safari & app store wont connect to wi fi

Wi do is fine but iPad won't connect using safari or App Store. Can connect with Facebook

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand from your post that your Wi-Fi is doing fine and you can access Facebook, but you cannot access Safari or the App Store. If restrictions are enabled on your iPad, it is possible that you can access some applications and not others. The following article has information on restrictions and how to turn them off:

If restrictions are not enabled, the following articles have steps that can help resolve issues with Safari and the App Store:

If Safari displays a blank page or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store - Apple Support
