Hi
I am trying to install a new copy of iTunes, but keep getting an error message saying the feature I'm trying to use is is on a network resource that is unavailable
click OK to retry or enter an alternate path to a folder containing itunes64.msi
Any ideas how to fix this please?

I spoke with Apple support, the guy was 1st class. He directed me to this link from Microsoft;
The fix tool solved the problem, I was able to uninstall iTunes then install iTunes, no problems now!!
I was having the same trouble I just used this tool and removed the apple programs that were there and it has FINALLY let me install 🙂
