Sky sports mobile tv has suddenly stopped working on iPad Air 2. Message reads " please check network connection." I have good wifi signal and everything else works. I have uninstalled,rebooted and reinstalled the app without success. Can anyone offer advice please?

wifi signal don't have to mean internet connection test with other apps in terms of internet connection
you can also try to delete the app and then reinstall it from app store
or you can try contacting the developer of the app if they have some intel
TThanks for your response. I have checked internet connection with other apps- it is fine. I have uninstalled the app, rebooted the iPad and reinstalled the app. Still no good. I cannot find a suitable link in the review section for the developer having tried many times. Just when I really need sky sports mobile the darned thing has died! Any other suggestions?
Hi Snellers1234. That may just be a generic message indicating that the server could not be reached. You may need to update the app. Or maybe you need to logout from your account, then log back in. I assume you haven't made any changes to the way you access the internet (VPN, DNS, etc.) that might affect this.
Thanks Diana. No change to internet access (wifi) and I am using the latest version of the app. I don't know how to access my account. Is it sky account or something else that I need to look for? I'm a bit of a novice with these things and the iPad app.
