Sky sports mobile tv stopped working.

Sky sports mobile tv has suddenly stopped working on iPad Air 2. Message reads " please check network connection." I have good wifi signal and everything else works. I have uninstalled,rebooted and reinstalled the app without success. Can anyone offer advice please?

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 10.3.2

TThanks for your response. I have checked internet connection with other apps- it is fine. I have uninstalled the app, rebooted the iPad and reinstalled the app. Still no good. I cannot find a suitable link in the review section for the developer having tried many times. Just when I really need sky sports mobile the darned thing has died! Any other suggestions?
