Back camera not working since iOS 10.3.2 update

You see a closed lens or black screen

If you see a closed lens or black screen when you open the Camera app, try these steps:

1. Make sure that there’s nothing blocking the camera lens. If you’re using a case, try removing it.
2. Force the app to close, then open the Camera app again.
3. Restart your device, then open the Camera app again.
4. If your device has a front and rear camera, try both cameras by tapping . If you see the closed lens or black screen on only one camera, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Authorized Service Provider for more help.

I have the same exact problem and the troubleshooting that Apple provided here does not work. I checked online and the update seems to have effected battery drainage but there's nothing about the camera, but it has to be from the update because that's when my camera stopped working.

It's not the actual camera either because if I go into Text Messaging, Snapchat, Facetime, ect... and use the camera in one of those apps, it works...so it's the actual camera app.

Sir may i ask u if how u did solve youre problem about the camera flash on ur iphone i have mine not working its bcoz was been update in ios 10.3.2 version and after updates mine flash cam at the back isnt working anymore can pls help me sir how to do it thanks

I got the same problem after iOS 10.3.2 update! For me front camera works fine but back camera does not work in camera app as well as in other apps! Tried apple solution but it doesn't work!!!

My camera doesnt work at all or my flashlight and when i press my flashlight it freezes my phone for like 30 seconds

My back camera and flashlight are not working after the update either. My back camera isn't working in any app either. Is apple working on patching this?

Have the same problem with iPhone 5s since the update. Apple tips above did not help. Please sort this!

Back camera does not work

My camera does not work for anything thing from taking video to using Snapchat it’s like it got disconnected. Are they working on a solution?

My iphone 5 have that problem too... I dont know how to fix that.
