Volume stuck on mute in my MacBook Air
My MacBook Air volume got stuck on mute. I can't remove the mute option. Help me to resolve the issue

Try resetting the NVRAM: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204063.
Also, go to Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup > Built-in Output (I'm assuming?) > make sure the volume sliders are set to an appropriate level and Mute is not selected.
