I want to cancel my subscription

You have to cancel it yourself (we, i.e. fellow users, can't do it for you), follow these instructions : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

This does not work for this subscription. There is no option for cancelling.

What options show on the subscription ? Obviously if it's already set to not renew you won't get an option to stop it, only to restart it
