Memory Cleaner Scam!

Ok. So I just realized I downloaded/installed Memory Cleaner a year ago, and some strange things have been happening to my computer.

I have Etrecheck, and so far it says my computer is excellent, but apparently it's a junk file that slows down your mac and probably partly takes control.
